These additional terms apply to users with a provider (PROVIDER) profile.
You declare that you act as an independent entrepreneur. Skillhood is not an employer and exercises no authority over how, when or where you perform your services. You set your own rate, availability and methods (Dutch DBA law / preventing false self-employment).
You are responsible for: tax filing (VAT/income tax), any liability and disability insurance, and complying with sector requirements or licences.
You deliver services skilfully and safely. You handle client complaints yourself; Skillhood may mediate but is not a party.
You can end your profile at any time. Skillhood may suspend a profile for breach of the terms.
